In simple terms snoring is making whizzy sounds while asleep and sleep apnea is when some tissue collapse and stop you from breathing.
Exercise to help you stop sleep apnea:-
- Push your tongue forward far as you can for 5 seconds 3* or more.
- Push your tongue upward (inside your mouth) for 5 seconds 3* or more.
- Push the tongue to the left and right side of your mouth for 5 seconds 3 times each.
- Pull your tongue downward for atlist 5 seconds 3 times.
- Push your tongue against your front teeth and try to swallow.
