How to stop snoring and sleep apnea

In simple terms snoring is making whizzy sounds while asleep and sleep apnea is when some tissue collapse and stop you from breathing.

Exercise to help you stop sleep apnea:-

  1. Push your tongue forward far as you can for 5 seconds 3* or more.
  2. Push your tongue upward (inside your mouth) for 5 seconds 3* or more.
  3. Push the tongue to the left and right side of your mouth for 5 seconds 3 times each.
  4. Pull your tongue downward for atlist 5 seconds 3 times.
  5. Push your tongue against your front teeth and try to swallow.
