Most people have associated Yoga as a traditional practice from the Indian and this has come up with alot of mythology.
Yoga in simple terms is a practice that connects the body, breathe and mind.
It has more heath benefits that anybody striving to live a healthy and mindful life should embrace.
Here are some of the health benefits of yoga with illustration.
1:Heart health benefits
Regular practice may reduce stress level, body wide inflammation and high blood pressure

Downward dog pose.
Get on fours,then tuck your toes under bring your sitting bones up so that you make a triangle shape.Keep a slight bend in your knees while straightening your spine and tail borne.
Helps in back pain.
Basic stretching helps ease pain with the lower back.

Cat-cow pose.
Get on all fours(placing your palms underneath your shoulder, your knees underneath your hips.
Inhale as you let your stomach drop towards the floor.
Exhale as you draw your navel towards your spine, position your spine like a cat stretch.
3:Ease arthritis symptoms.
Gentle yoga eases some of the discomfort of tender swollen joints for people with arthritis.
4:Yoga relaxes you to help you sleep better.

Legs up the wall,sit with your left side against a wall then gently turn right and lift your legs up to rest against the wall.
Keep your back on the floor and your sitting borne close to the wall.
